All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Because our banners are custom-made and personalized for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to carefully review all personalization details (name, age, spelling) before submitting their order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no cost. To initiate a claim:
• Email us at punnybanners@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
• We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with next steps
Claims submitted after 3 business days of receipt may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production, cancellations are no longer accepted. To request a cancellation, email punnybanners@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
